The MSVU Students' Union is looking for a Hub Customer Service Staff member to be the first point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and love engaging with people, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Greet students, faculty, and visitors with a friendly attitude.
✅ Provide information about events, resources, and MSVUSU services.
✅ Operate the Point of Sale system for ticket and merchandise sales.
✅ Assist in administrative tasks like scheduling meetings and processing service requests.
✅ Keep The Hub organized and updated with the latest campus happenings.
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 MSVU student enrolled in at least 0.5 credits (or equivalent).
💻 Tech-savvy with Office 365 and social media platforms.
🗣 Strong communication & problem-solving skills – you're a people person!
🔍 Detail-oriented & independent – able to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
Bonus Points If You Have:
✔️ Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
✔️ Familiarity with MSVU services and campus resources.
